November 21, 2020, Hefei. Lontium added two higher performance repeater/retimer switch parts to its high end data transmission product line. Aided with advance process technology, Lontium 8-channel 12.5Gb/s repeater switch and 12.5Gb/s retimer switch can boost the receiver signal up to 30dB with good jitter performance. They can greatly improve the high-speed data transmission on back-plane of high-end servers, communication switch hubs, and 5G base-stations. they both come with small QFN 54 package. Both LT1258 and LT1258EX are in production, chip samples and reference design are available.
